Objective

Upon the launch of the new brand, Simparica, pet owners were given the opportunity to sign up to receive reminders for when it was time to refill and/or give their dog their monthly dose of Simparica.

Execution

Communications were personalized to account for a multitude of situations:

  • Communication preference of email or text
  • Multiple dogs using Simparica, even if they were on different dosage schedules
  • Reminders for dosing a pet and for ordering a refill for their dog
