App Development for A top three national transportation/transit provider
Objective
To create a rewards program for train riders, and have it easily integrated with the existing app so that riders can easily make ticket purchases and redeem their points in one spot. The rewards program enables our client to provide an incentive to riders, especially those commuters that take transit each day, by rewarding them with coupons and freebies from local and national retailers and brands.
Execution
To combine the power of our client’s app, while still creating a fresh experience for their rewards program, NX3 worked with the technical team to integrate our rewards technology with their app.
Results
Our work helped our client, a top three national transportation/transit provider, by allowing them to compete with other travel companies that provide reward incentives for ridership, as well as provide riders with incentives and value.
