Upon the launch of the new brand, Simparica, pet owners were given the opportunity to sign up to receive reminders for when it was time to refill and/or give their dog their monthly dose of Simparica.
The goal was to provide pet owners with an engaging positive experience, which in return reinforced a positive brand image and indirectly increased sales as well.
An impressive submission rate of 85.3% (form fills) was achieved through this campaign due to proper program education, driving value and promoting sales.
