Our client's objective was to receive feedback from its consumers globally and gather useful information to derive their future marketing strategies.
Execution of this objective was achieved through an email marketing campaign targeted to the customers using Marketo survey forms.
The email sent to customers worlwide included a survey link. When clicked and submitted, a pool of data was collected and stored for review.
To ensure high engagement and conversion (form submissions), several touchpoints were included within this campaign. If recipients did not open, or click within the initial email, trigger emails were set up as reminders to participate.
Once the survey was completed, a Thank You pop-up appeared, redirecting the particpants to the brand's homepage where they could get more information, which also helped drive traffic to the site.
